Photographer Bianca Sistermans prefers imperfection over perfection. She could immerse herself in the former Palace of Justice on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam. Sistermans transformed the ‘samples’ from the walls and ceilings into still lifes. ‘Look don’t these look like Morse code?’

Jan Pieter Ekker interviewed Sistermans for the Dutch newspaper Het Parool.
